London Psychodrama Network presents
psychodrama taster evenings in central London

psychodrama london #01

27th April 2012

‘Mirroring in Life, Mirroring in Groups’
Dusan Potkonjak
BPA Reg. Trainer

psychodrama open sessions london #02

Mirroring is happening in everyday life. In our communication with people we are mirrors to each other. In beginning of life mirroring starts with mother and baby and it continues through life. But also our subjective mirrors can be mutually distorted by projections. We have a tendency to project unconsciously our own parts to others. But it can be corrected with feedbacks from other group members - Interpersonal learning. In this psychodrama session we will have the opportunity to explore our mirroring to each other in a group and also in some relationships in our life.

Dusan is an associate specialist in psychiatry in Goodmayes Hospital, East London. A Trainer of BPA and leading trainer of Serbian Psychodrama Association. He completed training hours in introductory and diploma course with London Institute of Group Analysis. He is a founder member of London Psychodrama Network. Dusan has special interest in compatible integration of Psychodrama - Moreno, Group Analysis - Foulkes and Pines, and Interpersonal Group Psychotherapy - Yalom. Dusan is also exploring psychotherapy informed approach in everyday psychiatric practise.
